This brand new multi-agency Programme is aimed at ‘Heads of Service’ (or tier 3 equivalent) who may be aspiring to be an AD or would like to enhance their strategic leadership skills.
The programme aims to strengthen consistency in leadership approaches across the country as well as build networks, linking across professional and regional boundaries.
