This programme has been specifically designed for colleagues in District Councils looking to move into a senior role in a unitary authority. The content has been developed to give a good overview of children’s and adult’s services and will look at the broader system and how to work with partners. It will highlight how to adapt to scale in managing a much wider portfolio with much larger budgets. It will also incorporate Action Learning and will give participants the opportunity to reflect on their learning and where their next career move may be.
You will see below the content over the 6 days. The content will be delivered in 2 x 2-day residentials plus 2 x 1-day workshops and all will be delivered face to face. The cost for the programme will be £2795 (+ VAT).
