Adapting Your Leadership - The Staff College

This programme has been specifically designed for colleagues in District Councils looking to move into a senior role in a unitary authority. The content has been developed to give a good overview of children’s and adult’s services and will look at the broader system and how to work with partners. It will highlight how to adapt to scale in managing a much wider portfolio with much larger budgets. It will also incorporate Action Learning and will give participants the opportunity to reflect on their learning and where their next career move may be.

You will see below the content over the 6 days. The content will be delivered in 2 x 2-day residentials plus 2 x 1-day workshops and all will be delivered face to face. The cost for the programme will be £2895 (+ VAT).

The programme will be accredited for those who wish to take it up (additional fees will apply).

Additional Accommodation

This is a multiday programme that runs from 9am to 5pm. Overnight accommodation is included on the residentials. If you require additional accommodation for the day before the programme days, please confirm below, and we will book this on your behalf. You will need to organise the funding directly with your organisation, and an invoice will be sent to them accordingly. Additional nights cost £145. Bedrooms are limited and so will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
