Coaching & Mentoring
We have an extensive pool of associate colleagues who can support local authorities and other organisations in improving outcomes for children, young people and families through experienced and expert coaching and mentoring approaches. Coaching and mentoring is often part of other programmes, and can also be delivered as a specific support.
Futures Planning
Scenario planning is a strategic method used to explore and prepare for multiple potential future outcomes by creating and analysing detailed, plausible scenarios to inform decision-making.
Staff College Research
We have research specialists who can provide anything from desk-based research to a more in-depth, qualitative research project. This would always be collaborative and we would work closely with you to ensure the research has the right focus and would always have touch points throughout to ensure you are kept up to date.
Staff College Consultancy
We have a huge pool of associates from different areas of expertise. This allows us to be able to support organisations in a number of ways. We can bring in additional capacity where needed or undertake specific project work on your behalf.
