Introduction
This module is designed to help you to strengthen your financial leadership capabilities in rapidly changing corporate environments. It will improve your strategic financial insight and ability to use data, with content covering financial insight, modelling, risk, scenario planning and the wider political and corporate context.
Aimed at both current DCS’s and potential Directors of Children’s Services, this module will be delivered through a blend of in-person and online workshops.
Leaders gain practical tools to interpret financial information, assess risk, and respond confidently to external pressures. Participants are empowered to apply their knowledge through immersive scenarios, facilitated discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
The offer comprises as one full day session, delivered either as a single face‑to‑face day in Birmingham, or virtual session.
