Ethical Leadership in Public Services (24th April 2020)

24th April 2020

At the heart of public sector leadership lie a strong sense of public value, personal ethics and a willingness to draw deep from within oneself. However, in our complex and ambiguous world  this can sometimes be severely challenged.

This one day leadership seminar is a unique opportunity to hear two innovative and inspirational speakers and to explore with others some of the issues that matter to you most.

We are delighted that our keynote speakers are:

Martin Kalungu-Banda. Martin is a faculty member of the Presencing Institute, part of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Kathryn Perera. Kathryn is Director of Programmes at NHS Horizons. A barrister by background, she has worked across law, politics and community activism.

We are running this event in conjunction with the current cohort of the national Programme for Aspirant Directors of Children’s Services. It is likely to interest serving Directors, Assistant Directors and others aspiring to senior leadership in local authorities or partner organisations who would welcome an opportunity to think deeply about their leadership, individually or as part of a team or partnership.

The cost to attend the day is £150 (+vat) per person or £500 (+vat) for 4 places, which compared to other one day conferences in the market is great value.

The event will take place in Birmingham.
