Blue Sky Thinking Festival 2021
The Blue Sky Thinking Festival is returning for a third time, in August 2021.
Discover an insight into our long-standing programmes, learn about new opportunities and delve into discussions around inclusive leadership and resilience. Experience mental health webinars and find out how to make stress work for you, or practice your creativity and bring your team together for some blue sky thinking. Festival 3.0 brings more opportunities to network, a chance to reconnect with distanced teams and a space for the conversations we have put on pause.
Download the event flyer at the bottom of this page and invite your networks to join you at the festival.
Subscribers to The Staff College
If the local authority you work for subscribes to The Staff College, anyone within your organisation or linked partnerships will have access to the festival for free. This event is ideal for arranging to bring your team together for a wide variety of workshops. If you would like to make a group booking, please email us directly.
Last year 95.5% of attendees said they would recommend the festival to a friend, and would also attend the next festival, therefore we hope to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones. One attendee from Festival 2.0 said that:
“There was an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues, discuss some of the significant issues facing the sector and exchange ideas.”
