The programme
The BALI programme is aimed at leaders, working in children’s services, who are from a Black, Asian or any ethnic background, and have the support of the organisation that employs them.
An email will be sent to your sponsor (line manager or other relevant senior officer), when you enter their contact details as part of this process, asking whether your application is supported.
The programme includes:
– 3 days of workshops (day 1 and 2 running consecutively, day 3 approx. two or three months after day 2)
– An over-night stay at the venue between day 1 and day 2
– Lunch and refreshments for all three days
– On the evening of day 1 an evening meal
– Access to our Online Learning Portal which provides a multitude of resources to use before, during and after the programme.
– Access to a 360-degree feedback tool
– The opportunity to develop a Personal Development Plan which supports in producing and maintaining reflection on your learning
All three days must be attended in order to complete the programme and receive certification.

Following your submission, we will invite your sponsor to submit their supporting statement. We will contact you once this submission has been received. The deadline for applications/sponsor forms is on Friday 13th October

If successful, we will store the information on a programme database. This will be used for internal purposes only. You will only be emailed details about this programme (such as venue details, additional reading or other relevant information relating to this programme, etc), unless you specify otherwise below.

If successful, your organisation will be invoiced for the full amount. Payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the first day of the programme.
