Please select the package you wish to book from the list below. Full conference rate - this includes attendance to both days of the conference and dinner, bed and breakfast on Thursday 5th November. Day conference rates - this includes attendance to one day only (including lunch and refreshments) and does not include dinner or accommodation. Dinner only - this includes attendance to the pre-dinner reception and dinner only. Dinner with accommodation - this includes attendance to the pre-dinner reception, dinner and accommodation (B&B) on 5th November
