Nourhan Asaad is the Project Coordinator for the Women in Leadership programme at The Staff College. She plays a key role in organising and delivering programmes, supporting participants, and ensuring the smooth running of operations. Nourhan is passionate about creating spaces that empower women leaders and champions inclusive leadership across her work. In addition to her core role, she also works on various other projects, contributing her coordination skills and commitment to equity across different initiatives.
