Katy is currently the director of Segelman Trust, an independent grant-making charity whose focus is support for children in care, care leavers, and families facing poverty and complex challenges.
Over the past 25 years, Katy has worked in a number of roles in the philanthropy and charitable sector with a focus on young people and leadership, including as a Senior Programme Officer for the Robertson Foundation in New York, as a Programme Director at The Sir Peter Blake Trust in New Zealand, as a Head of Development for literacy charity, First Story, and as a Private Secretary to the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall (now The King and Queen Consort).Having completed both the Aspirant DCS and New DCS programmes through the Staff College, Michael is a strong believer in professional development and a proud member of the Board.
